Our spring concert features new works by NYC-based composers Kenedea Lee and Shahar Regev alongside choral favorites by Vivaldi and Mozart. The program will be performed with chamber orchestra and will showcase GVCS soloists in W.A. Mozart’s powerful Vesperae Solennes de Confessore, K. 339 and Antonio Vivaldi’s Magnificat, RV 610. Don’t miss this stirring final performance of the season!

William Byrd’s Mass for Four Voices is a pillar of the highly contrapuntal Renaissance style. Our winter concert intersperses this piece with twentieth and twenty-first century works that carry echoes of this musical legacy. Featured composers include Mark Butler, Melanie DeMore, Sarah MacDonald, Ken Burton, Jean Berger and Florence Price.
